Saab Secures USD 190 Million Contract with UAE Ministry of Defence for GlobalEye AEW&C Support

(IN BRIEF) Saab has signed a contract with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Defence for the in-service support of the GlobalEye Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) system. The contract, worth approximately USD 190 million, covers maintenance, logistics support, and training services, with a three-year duration until 2026. GlobalEye is an advanced multi-domain AEW&C solution that provides long-range detection and identification of objects in the air, at sea, and over land, enhancing situational awareness and early threat detection for military units. This contract, valued at approximately USD 190 million, spans three years and will be in effect until 2026. The scope of the contract encompasses maintenance, logistics support, and training services.
