Saab Secures USD 190 Million Contract with UAE Ministry of Defence for GlobalEye AEW&C Support

(IN BRIEF) Saab has signed a contract with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Defence for the in-service support of the GlobalEye Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) system. The contract, worth approximately USD 190 million, covers maintenance, logistics support, and training services, with a three-year duration until 2026. GlobalEye is an advanced multi-domain AEW&C solution that provides long-range detection and identification of objects in the air, at sea, and over land, enhancing situational awareness and early threat detection for military units.
