International Finance Expert Kathleen Wantz-O’Rourke to Join SUEZ as CFO

With a distinguished career in finance, Kathleen brings extensive international experience to SUEZ. She has held various CFO positions at SIEMENS across different countries and joined ENGIE in 2012 as Group Action Plan and Performance Director. Later, she became part of AKKA Technologies’ Executive Committee as the Executive Vice President of Operations & Performance. Between April 2018 and May 2021, she served on Keolis’ Executive Committee, leading the Finance and Legal Department. Kathleen also held the position of Director and Chair of the audit committee at NEXANS from 2015 to 2022. Since June 2021, she has been the Chief Financial Officer at Plastic Omnium, an automotive supplier.

Kathleen Wantz-O’Rourke, 58 years old, holds both French and Australian citizenship. She also possesses an Industry Bachelor certificate from the Industry Chamber of Commerce of Nuremberg. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Kathleen is the President of the Turgot Prize, which awards the best book on Financial Economics in France every year. She also serves as a Director of the Trust Management Institute and is a member of the Circle of Women Leaders in Paris.
