1) Exclusivity — To be eligible, your press release must not exist on the web at the time our editors pick it up for release on EuropaWire. By submitting under this option you grant us exclusive rights to be the first news-wire to take your PR to the public and agree not to publish the same press release on any other site on the web for at least 48 hours upon the release on EuropaWire.
NOTE: This offer does not include distribution report as well as targeting and is EuropaWire’s most basic press release distribution package on offer. 2) Non profit — To be eligible, your press release must also be of a non profit/not for profit nature. EuropaWire’s free press release service based on exclusivity has originally and primarily been designed with the goal of supporting non profit / not for profit organisations, projects, initiatives, etc. across the continent by helping them spread their PR message, at no charge, across Europe and the European Union in particular. European based startups are also eligible as long as they are not funded.
3) PR submission — Send your ready made PR material over to our editorial desk at info@EuropaWire.eu. Photos, images, logos, video and audio files and URLs, as well as specific keywords, hyperlinks, anchor texts, categories and tags requirements and instructions to be taken into consideration by our PR editors can all be included in/attached to your email to us.
Please, don’t forget to indicate in your email while sending your press release over to our editorial desk that you are applying for EuropaWire’s exclusivity option.
4) PR goes live — Our PR editors will review your press release, craft it out, and schedule it for release in EuropaWire.eu’s pipeline. Your EU PR goes live on EuropaWire.eu within 24 hours upon the PR submission. Usually early at morning (CET) the very next business day (excluding weekends and official EU holidays, unless specifically targeted).
