In this position, Nora will lead the business with over 100 customers across 16 countries in the Nordics, Baltics, and Central Europe.

Nora will succeed Daniel Ode, who has been serving as the Acting Head of the Customer Unit while also holding the position of Head of GCU Telia Company. To ensure a seamless transition, Nora and Daniel will work closely together. As of September 1, 2023, Daniel will continue his role as Head of GCU Telia Company at Ericsson.

With 22 years of experience at Ericsson, Nora Wahby is a seasoned industry veteran who has made significant contributions to the company’s success. Her journey began in 2001 when she joined Ericsson Egypt as a Network Consultant. Since then, she has held various technical positions in Solution, Service Delivery, and Sales. Notable roles include Vice President and Head of Customer Unit West Africa and Morocco in 2018, Key Account Manager Vodafone at Ericsson Egypt, and Key Account Manager MTN for Ericsson in South Africa. Nora’s leadership skills and extensive telecommunications expertise have been instrumental throughout her career.

Nora holds an MBA from the Arab Academy in Egypt and Michigan State School of Business in the United States of America. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt. Nora’s international experience and diverse background contribute to her dynamic leadership style and provide a unique perspective.
