Škoda Auto Debuts Škoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline, Emphasizing Inclusivity and Environmental Stewardship

Designed collaboratively by Škoda Auto employees from various departments, the Škoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline showcases a distinctive exterior and interior design, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding human rights and promoting equality. The car will make its public debut at the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra’s Open Air concert on June 21 and will be featured in upcoming events such as the Pride Business Forum, Prague Pride Festival, and other summer gatherings at home and abroad.

“Working on this project combines social and creative responsibility. The powerful image of the rainbow as a symbol of diversity is interpreted through Škoda Auto’s design values. The exterior styling emphasises the central idea of diversity through a colourful prism. Its merging triangles visually highlight the sharp angles of the Škoda Enyaq Coupé while the geometric shapes flow across the car body, creating the impression of speed and movement. To reflect the car’s ethos in the interior, colour and materials were deliberately kept subtle, yet they still send a strong message. The Škoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline boasts a vibrant and colorful appearance both inside and out. Employees from Technical Development, Production, and People & Culture departments collaborated on the design, while the Communications team oversaw the entire project. Building upon the base of the all-electric production Škoda Enyaq Coupé, the car’s exterior features a captivating color scheme with a seamless transition of countless shades, symbolizing the diverse and boundless nature of life. The Crystal Face mask at the front, adorned with 131 white and multicolored LEDs, radiates rainbow hues, signifying unity and harmony.

Equipped with advanced Matrix-LED headlights and Top LED taillights, the Škoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline creates a captivating visual experience. The Respectline logo, developed in collaboration with the Design Department, is prominently displayed on the car’s exterior and interior, including seats and the steering wheel, where a crystal bearing the Respectline logo from the renowned Czech glass company Preciosa is delicately embedded.

The Škoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline will make its grand entrance at the Czech Philharmonic’s Open Air concert on June 21, 2023. Additionally, visitors to the Pride Business Forum and the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Summer Festival can anticipate encountering this extraordinary vehicle in June. In August, the rainbow-colored electric car will accompany the entire Prague Pride Festival, held from August 7 to 13. The Škoda Enyaq Coupé Respectline will also participate in various events both domestically and internationally, showcasing its unique design and promoting the values of diversity and equality.
