Škoda’s Powerpass Map app adds value to Enyaq iV family vehicles with up-to-date charging point information

Škoda Powerpass Map: Infotainment app enhances the Škoda iV ecosystem
The map displays available charging points within and outside the Powerpass network, which includes over 500,000 charging points across Europe. In addition, charging point searches can be filtered according to the driver’s requirements.

(IN BRIEF) Škoda has launched a new infotainment app called ‘Powerpass Map’, which enhances the Škoda iV ecosystem. The app is available for Enyaq iV family vehicles and displays public charging points on the central infotainment display, providing comprehensive information about them. Users can rate and comment on charging points, and the app can be downloaded for free from the In-car Shop on Enyaq iV or Enyaq Coupé iV vehicles running the ME3.0 or newer software. The Powerpass Map displays available charging points within and outside the Powerpass network, which includes over 500,000 charging points across Europe. Additionally, future updates will add new features to the app, including the ability to manage Powerpass accounts, select tariffs, review charging history, and start the charging process from the app.

The app is designed for Enyaq iV family vehicles and provides a comprehensive view of public charging points along with all the essential details, available on the central infotainment display. Powerpass Map users can rate charging points and leave comments, which are displayed as recent ratings and feedback. The app can be downloaded for free from the In-car Shop on any Enyaq iV or Enyaq Coupé iV that runs on the ME3.0 or newer vehicle software.

The Powerpass Map displays charging points on a map on the central display, providing intuitive and up-to-date information on public charging points for electric cars. The map displays available charging points within and outside the Powerpass network, which encompasses over 500,000 charging points across Europe. A special symbol on the map indicates charging stations within the Powerpass network. Additionally, charging point searches can be filtered according to the driver’s preferences. Users can download the in-car app from the In-car Shop for free, provided the vehicle is running the ME3.0 software. Users can also search for and display charging points in the MyŠkoda or Powerpass mobile apps.

Powerpass Map also features a real-time rating and feedback function, allowing users to rate charging points and leave comments for other users. Drivers can also see nearby facilities, such as shops and restaurants, making it easier to plan their charging stops. Future updates will add more features to the infotainment app, including the ability to manage Powerpass accounts, select tariffs, review charging history, and start the charging process from the app.
