Savills Bolsters Healthcare Valuations Team with New Associate Director

(IN BRIEF) Savills, the international real estate advisor, has appointed Katarina Szinekova as an Associate Director in Healthcare Valuations to support the expansion plans of its Healthcare & Senior Living team within the Operational Capital Markets division. With over 10 years of real estate experience, Szinekova joins Savills from Knight Frank and brings valuable expertise in the Senior Living sector. Her appointment strengthens the team’s capabilities and enhances their ability to provide high-quality services to clients in the Healthcare sector.

She joins from Knight Frank, where she was an Associate within the Senior Living team, and prior to that she held positions at CBRE and Christie&Co. Her appointment follows the arrival of Rick Savage, who joined Savills in January 2023 as Head of Healthcare Valuations.
