New Leadership at Savills Birmingham: Victoria Burgin Takes the Helm

Victoria will succeed Simon Farrant, who has led Savills Birmingham since the acquisition of Phoenix Beard in 2016, and Simon will continue to work with the company in a consultancy capacity.

Victoria currently leads the property management team in Birmingham and has played a pivotal role in mobilizing and managing high-profile portfolios and assets for clients. She has also been recognized as an Arbitrator and Independent expert by the RICS for lease consultancy disputes.

In her new role, Victoria Burgin expressed her excitement about leading the Birmingham office, “I am very much looking forward to taking on the new role as head of the Birmingham office.
