With almost 30 years of experience in affordable housing valuations, Giles will play a key role in providing services to clients, including housing associations, local authorities, charities, and landowners across the UK. His expertise and passion for access to affordable homes make him a valuable addition to the team.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 1-Nov-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Giles has joined the consultancy’s housing valuations team as Director, bringing almost three decades of experience in affordable housing valuations. He will lead on delivering valuations across housing portfolios, new developments, land opportunities and Section 106 planning agreements.

As an RICS registered valuer since the 1990s, Giles’ career has seen him valuing affordable housing projects for Chesterton across the north west, before joining Cluttons in London, where he spent almost 20 years valuing properties and projects across the south east.
