Kuehne+Nagel Boosts Customs Brokerage Services with Acquisition of Farrow

(IN BRIEF) Kuehne+Nagel, a global logistics company, has announced its acquisition of Farrow, a renowned Canadian customs broker, as part of its growth strategy outlined in Roadmap 2026. Farrow, based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, boasts a 112-year heritage and employs 830 professionals across 41 locations in Canada and the USA. In 2022, Farrow managed over 1.5 million customs entries, demonstrating its expertise in customs clearance services. This acquisition enhances Kuehne+Nagel’s customs capabilities, especially at the Canadian and Mexican borders of the USA, and is expected to be immediately earnings-accretive. The transaction, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions, is set to conclude in the first quarter of 2024, making Farrow a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kuehne+Nagel.
