Morgan Cargo managed over 40,000 tonnes of air freight and 20,000 TEU of sea freight in 2022 with a team of 450 logistics experts. This acquisition will enhance Kuehne+Nagel’s perishables logistics services and improve connectivity for customers in these regions. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
