(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 12-Mar-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor, a leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, has completed the BTS development of a property spanning more than 16,000 square metres in Sant Feliu de Buixalleu and delivered it to Trace Logistics, Fluidra’s logistics subsidiary.

The warehouse, which sits on a plot spanning more than 23,500 sqm targets BREEAM Very Good and has a photovoltaic system with a total output capacity of almost 100 kWp, which covers the building’s energy needs. Logistics also has four charging points for electric vehicles.

The asset is located in Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, halfway between Barcelona and the French border, with excellent links to the AP-7 highway, Spain’s main transport infrastructure in the area.

Designed for activities covered under the Seveso Directives, the safety directions for sites containing large quantities of dangerous substances, the new development enables Trace Logistics to centralise inventory and improve delivery of its products to the South of Europe.

By working closely with our customer, Trace Logistics, we have been able to deliver a highly sustainable, modern building that meets their needs and will help support their own growth.
