(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 23-Apr-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor, Europe’s leading owner, manager, and developer of logistics real estate, has completed the installation of a photovoltaic (PV) plant in Palol de Revardit, near Girona.

The warehouse, which sits on a stand-alone plot spanning c.13,300 sqm, has direct access to the AP-7 highway, 13 km from Girona and only 30 km far from the French border.

The 532 kWp photovoltaic system will provide energy to the 6,600sqm warehouse, with an estimated yearly production of 636kWh.

The Co2 emissions of the logistics site will be reduced by 180 tons a year.

The PV plant is expected to offer Cronofrio Sa an efficient solution to mitigate the significant electricity costs and consumption of its temperature-controlled operations in the food sector.
