UniCredit Acquires 8.9781% Stake in Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. from HFSF

(IN BRIEF) UniCredit S.p.A. has confirmed the purchase of an 8.9781% minority stake in Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. in Greece from HFSF at a price of 1.39 Euros per share. This acquisition represents a premium of 9.4% over the undisturbed closing price of the shares on the Athens Stock Exchange on October 20, 2023, and a 0.4% discount to the closing price of the shares on November 10, 2023. The transaction is part of UniCredit’s long-term partnership with Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. in Greece and Romania, as previously announced on October 23, 2023.
