The outgoing COO, Ann Davies, will be returning to bp, and in her new role, she will assume the position of Senior Vice President, Wells. Adele’s promotion comes as Ann Davies, outgoing COO, returns to bp following a successful secondment.

Having been an integral part of Lightsource bp since 2014, Adele Ara has demonstrated exceptional expertise and leadership as Head of Global Business Operations and previously as Director of Asset Management. She has led the company through significant digital transformation initiatives, showing determination, compassion, and driving successful change.

Rachael Legg, Chief Procurement Officer, will continue to lead the Procurement team, reporting to Chief Financial Officer, Bernardo Goarmon.
