The aim of this alliance is to revolutionize the automotive market by leveraging Cellforce’s expertise in developing and manufacturing high-performance Li-Ion battery cells, coupled with Siemens’ cutting-edge automation and digitalization technology.

As part of the agreement, Siemens will be designated as Cellforce’s preferred supplier for automation and digitalization solutions, playing a pivotal role in expediting the construction of the Cellforce gigafactory in Reutlingen, Germany. This collaboration will empower both companies to enhance battery design, streamline the manufacturing process, and optimize building operations. By pooling resources and knowledge, they will tackle critical aspects such as production design, planning, and simulation, as well as product design and simulation, while also driving automation across the entire production chain.
