(IN BRIEF) Crédit Agricole S.A. has announced the appointment of Selma Dupont Drissi as the new Head of Strategy, effective from July 17, 2023. Dupont Drissi brings a wealth of experience in management, strategy, and organizational projects, having previously worked at Eurogroup Consulting and served on the Management Committee of LCL. In 2014, she joined Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance as Head of Innovation and Strategy for the Sofinco brand, and since 2019, she has held the position of Director of Consumer Finance at Sofinco. Dupont Drissi holds a Master’s in Management from Université Paris Dauphine. Her appointment further strengthens Crédit Agricole S.A.’s leadership team.

Background

Selma Dupont Drissi began her career in 1997 at Eurogroup Consulting, a management, strategy and organisation firm. There, she assisted many financial institutions with their strategic and organisational projects.

In 2006, she became part of the Management Committee of LCL as Director of Organisation and Major Projects, and was in charge of managing the bank’s transformation plan.

In 2014, she joined Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance as Head of Innovation and Strategy for the Sofinco brand. Since 2019, she has been Director of Consumer Finance at Sofinco.

Selma Dupont Drissi has a Master’s in Management from Université Paris Dauphine.
