Saint-Gobain Completes Sale of US CertainTeed Fence, Railing, and Decking Business to Oldcastle APG

(IN BRIEF) Saint-Gobain has finalized the sale of its US CertainTeed Fence, Railing, and Decking Business (FRD) to Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company. The FRD business had sales of approximately €60 million in 2022 and operated from two industrial locations in Buffalo (New York) and Orem (Utah), with about 210 employees. This divestment aligns with Saint-Gobain’s “Grow & Impact” plan and its strategy to optimize its business profile.
