Mark Rennison Joins NatWest Holdings Board as Independent Director

(IN BRIEF) Mark Rennison has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of NatWest Holdings Limited (NWH), effective from September 1, 2023. He will also serve on the NWH Audit Committee. Additionally, Graham Beale has stepped down from the NWH Board and the Senior Independent Director role, while Ian Cormack, an existing independent non-executive director, has taken over as the NWH Senior Independent Director. NWH Chair Howard Davies expressed his enthusiasm for Rennison’s extensive retail banking expertise and thanked Beale for his significant contributions.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 2-Sep-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Mark Rennison has joined the Board of NatWest Holdings Limited (NWH)* as an independent non-executive director and will also join the NWH Audit Committee, with effect from 1 September 2023.

In addition, and as announced by NWH Chair Howard Davies at the NatWest Group plc AGM in April 2023:

• Graham Beale has stepped down from the NWH Board and the role of Senior Independent Director, with effect from 31 August 2023; and
• Ian Cormack, currently an independent non-executive director of NWH, has assumed the role of NWH Senior Independent Director, from 1 September 2023.
