The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality list is curated by Business in the Community, a renowned business network. It serves as the highest-profile recognition of employers leading the charge in promoting gender equality in the workplace within the United Kingdom. Employers on this list undergo assessment across various aspects that influence gender equality, including transparent pay practices, family-friendly policies, and support for flexible working arrangements. The competition for inclusion in this year’s list was the most intense in BITC history, with a record number of applications.
