With a team of 112 employees, Leadec assembles 40,000 wheels monthly at its Kokotów assembly shop, ensuring the production of approximately 240 trucks per month. This milestone achievement was commemorated in a ceremony held at the end of January, where the wheel was officially handed over and will now be showcased at the plant. Since assuming responsibility for wheel and tire assembly in Europe’s largest truck assembly plant in August 2022, Leadec has maintained a steadfast commitment to excellence.

The wheels are assembled at Leadec’s assembly shop in Kokotów, situated in close proximity to the Niepołomice plant. With a dedicated team of 112 members, Leadec assembles an impressive 40,000 wheels per month, facilitating the production of approximately 240 trucks monthly through a rigorous 3-shift operation. Adhering to the MAN production sequence system, production is meticulously organized with a 24-hour buffer. Each day, ten trucks transport the fully assembled wheels to the plant, primed for immediate integration into production processes.
