Catherine Macaulay of Schroders Wins Young Professional of the Year Award at Environmental Finance Impact Awards

Catherine received recognition from the judges for her pivotal role in developing Schroders’ cross-asset class impact framework and launching more than 10 impact strategies in the past 18 months, spanning listed equity, listed debt, private equity, private debt, and private asset solutions. Schroders received top ratings from BlueMark for its alignment with the Operating Principles for Impact Management, a feat attributed to Catherine’s leadership in navigating the firm through this verification process. The awards seek to recognise the work of impact investors globally and highlight best practice across all asset classes and geographies.

Catherine was recognised by the judges for playing an instrumental role in building Schroders’ cross-asset class impact framework and offering, which includes the launch of more than 10 impact strategies over the past 18 months across listed equity, listed debt, private equity, private debt and private asset solutions.

Earlier this year, BlueMark, an independent provider of impact verification services in the impact investing market, awarded Schroders top ratings for its alignment with the Operating Principles for Impact Management. Catherine’s involvement in leading the firm through this verification was also noted by the judges.
