Adidas Appoints Michelle Robertson to Executive Board, Elevating Global Human Resources and People-Centric Culture

(IN BRIEF) Michelle Robertson, a long-standing employee of adidas and previously Reebok, has been appointed as an Executive Board member responsible for Global Human Resources, People, and Culture at adidas AG, effective January 1st, 2024. She has been serving in an interim role since July 2023, reporting to CEO Bjørn Gulden. Her appointment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its HR function and maintaining a people-centric workplace. The Executive Board will comprise Bjørn Gulden, Arthur Hoeld, Harm Ohlmeyer, Michelle Robertson, and Martin Shankland as of January 1, 2024.

(PRESS RELEASE) HERZOGENAURACH, 18-Dec-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — The Supervisory Board of adidas AG has appointed Michelle Robertson (48) as Executive Board member, responsible for Global Human Resources, People and Culture, effective January 1st, 2024. Michelle Robertson, a British national, has been with adidas and previously Reebok in different HR roles for more than 18 years. Since July 2023 she has already been leading Global Human Resources at adidas on an interim basis reporting to CEO Bjørn Gulden.
