(IN BRIEF) The conversion of 1,069 Series A shares to Series B shares in AB Volvo has altered the company’s registered share count, resulting in a total of 2,033,452,084 shares, comprising 444,986,702 Series A shares and 1,588,465,382 Series B shares, with a corresponding vote count of 603,833,240.2 based on registered shares as of August 31, 2023.

Of these are 444,986,702 Series A shares and 1,588,465,382 Series B shares. The number of votes in the company amounts to 603,833,240.2 based on the number of registered shares.
