Sosh upgrades its monthly plans with unlimited calls for €9,90 and 3GB internet usage for €19,90

2-2-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — Starting 1st February, the €9.90 monthly plan will include unlimited calls. Customers will still have unlimited access to Facebook and Twitter via the MyFriends link.

The €19.90 monthly plan now comes with an extra 1Gb of internet usage, making for a total of 3Gb, with bandwidth capped thereafter. Existing customers will automatically qualify for these new conditions as from the date of their next bill.

Sosh provides customers with the quality of the Orange network, once again considered leading mobile network (ARCEP report – November 2012).

Sosh customers can also take advantage of our high quality customer service with a dedicated team of around one hundred staff (community managers, web advisers, project teams). Customers can contact our advisors on Mon–Sat from 8am–8pm instantaneously by chat. A team of web advisers is also present on the forum to answer questions that the community are unable to deal with, as well as on Twitter.

As of late December, Sosh has 800,000 customers, a community of more than 470,000 fans on Facebook (Facebook.com/Sosh) and more than 28,500 followers on Twitter (@Sosh_fr).
