(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 17-Sep-2019 — /EuropaWire/ — Skanska signs contract with Obos to build 168 apartments in Oslo, Norway. The NOK 344 M (about SEK 370 M) worth project is part of a major transformation of the Ulven district in Oslo.
The construction of the 168 apartments will begin on November 2019 and the project is expected to be completed in about two and a half years. Two buildings which are five and 14 storeys high, with a total gross area of 16,600 square meters will be erected.
The contract will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter 2019.
