GlobalConnect to lease 9,250 square meters at CPH Highline in Copenhagen from Skanska

(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 6-Nov-2019 — /EuropaWire/ — Skanska signs 8-year lease on 9,250 square meters and 115 parking spaces at the office complex CPH Highline in Copenhagen, Denmark. The lease contract was signed with GlobalConnect A/S which will move into their new headquarter on November 1, 2020.

CPH Highline has a total leasable office area of 31,500 square meters, consisting of two buildings. The first phase is now 85 percent leased. Located in the new vibrant area Havneholmen in Copenhagen, the office complex has direct access to the new metro line. The buildings will be certified according to DGNB.

Skanska started construction of CPH Highline in the second quarter 2018 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020. The main contractor on the first phase on the project is KPC København A/S.
