(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 30-Sep-2021 — /EuropaWire/ — Skanska (STO: SKA-B), a world leading project development and construction group, has announced the divestment of an office building in Kiruna, Sweden for about SEK 260M (EUR 25M). The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Sweden in the Commercial Development stream in the third quarter 2021.
The office building, named Börsen H1, will be located on the town hall square in the new Kiruna city center, adjacent the town hall. The project, which is being developed and built by Skanska, is a natural continuation of Skanska’s involvement in Kiruna’s urban development. Construction begins in the fourth quarter 2021 and will be completed in 2023.
