EQT Partners with Nobel Prize Outreach for Seminar on AI’s Role in Finance and Diversity

(IN BRIEF) EQT, an International Partner of Nobel Prize Outreach, recently hosted a seminar in conjunction with Nobel Prize Outreach’s conference in Seoul, South Korea, focused on “Future Learning: Exploring Science & Technology.” The seminar discussed the impact of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in finance and its potential to enhance diversity within the finance sector in Korea and globally. The event featured a panel discussion with representatives from various organizations, including the “Korea Foundation for Women in Science, Engineering, and Technology,” Korean sovereign wealth fund KIC, and EQT’s proprietary AI platform called Motherbrain. The discussion highlighted the importance of unbiased and diverse data when training AI models and aimed to bridge the AI literacy gap in the digitalized society. The panel was followed by a live Q&A with the audience, consisting of female STEM students (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) from Seoul’s leading universities.
