Crédit Agricole S.A. Announces Appointment of Cécile Mouton as Head of Investor Relations

(IN BRIEF) Cécile Mouton has been appointed as the new Head of Investor Relations at Crédit Agricole S.A., effective May 15, 2023, succeeding Clotilde L’Angevin who will join Crédit Agricole Ile-de-France as Deputy General Manager. Mouton previously served as Head of Liquidity Solutions at Amundi and Head of Financial Control at Crédit Agricole S.A. She also worked as Head of Financial Management at Predica, a Life Insurance subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Group. Mouton’s extensive finance experience in both the public and private sectors make her an asset to the company.

(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 19-Apr-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Credit Agricole Group (EPA: ACA), the world’s largest cooperative financial institution and France’s 2nd largest bank, has announced the appointment of Cécile Mouton as the new Head of Investor Relations, effective May 15, 2023. She will be succeeding Clotilde L’Angevin, who will be joining Crédit Agricole Ile-de-France as Deputy General Manager.

Prior to her appointment as Head of Investor Relations, Mouton served as Head of Liquidity Solutions at Amundi. She also held the position of Head of Financial Control at Crédit Agricole S.A. since January 2018 and previously served as Head of Financial Management at Predica, a Life Insurance subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Group from 2012.

Mouton started her career in the French civil service, working for the French Civil Aviation Authority before moving to the French Treasury. While in the Treasury, she served as Head of Market Operations at Agence France Trésor, the French State cash and debt management office from 2007 to 2011.

Mouton is a graduate of both Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics. Her vast experience in finance and her strong leadership skills make her a valuable addition to Crédit Agricole S.A.’s Investor Relations team.
