(IN BRIEF) ARTEC GmbH, a joint venture involving Krauss-Maffei Wegmann, Rheinmetall Landsysteme, and Rheinmetall Defence Nederland, has established a subsidiary called ARTEC Boxer UK Ltd. This UK-based subsidiary, wholly owned by ARTEC GmbH, will be responsible for providing service and maintenance support for the Boxer armoured transport vehicle to the British Army. It will also pursue export opportunities for the Boxer vehicle, aiming to expand its market share in the UK service sector and the global market for highly protected 8×8 vehicles. The agreement to establish ARTEC Boxer UK Ltd was finalized during the DSEI defence show in London.

KG, Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH, and Rheinmetall Defence Nederland B.V., have come together to establish ARTEC Boxer UK Ltd, a new subsidiary headquartered in the United Kingdom.
