Allianz SE has placed a subordinated bond with a volume of 1.5 billion euros to institutional investors

Munich, 16-10-2012 — /europawire.eu/ — The bond will have a scheduled maturity of 30 years and will provide for an ordinary call right by Allianz for the first time after 10 years. The coupon of 5.625 percent per annum is fixed until 2022. Thereafter bond holders will receive a floating coupon. Coupon payments as well as redemption will be subject to certain conditions and may be deferred.

Listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange is intended. The issuance of the bonds is expected on October 16, 2012.
