Nordea: Torsten Hagen Jørgensen appointed new Head of Group Corporate Centre and CFO

4-2-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — Torsten Hagen Jørgensen, member of Group Executive Management and Head of Group Operations and Other Lines of Business at Nordea, has been appointed new Head of Group Corporate Centre and CFO.

Torsten Hagen Jørgensen joined Nordea in 2005 after a long career in banking. Before his present position, Torsten Hagen Jørgensen was Head of Group Treasury and Head of Group Strategy at Nordea.

Former CFO Fredrik Rystedt will leave Nordea.

– Fredrik has been a competent and highly professional CFO and contributed substantially in managing Nordea through the European financial crisis. I wish him the best of luck going forward, says Group CEO Christian Clausen.

Hans Jacobson, Head of Banking Sweden, has been appointed acting Country Senior Executive in Sweden.
