ANDRITZ to supply second pressurized refining system to Wisewoods in Thailand for MDF board production

(PRESS RELEASE) GRAZ, 3-Jan-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — ANDRITZ, an international technology group based in Austria active in the supplies of plants, has announced it received an order from Wisewoods Co., Ltd, a premium MDF board manufacturer in Thailand, to supply a pressurized refining system to its mill in Phetchaburi, Thailand. The system, which has a capacity of 30 tons per hour and will process rubberwood for the production of high-quality MDF board, is scheduled to start up in the first half of 2024. This will be the second pressurized refining system that ANDRITZ has supplied to Wisewoods.

Visarut Palarit, Deputy Director Wisewoods says: “Our first line from ANDRITZ has been showing excellent performance since its installation in 2016. The new line will enable us to enlarge our production capacity significantly.
