Richard Garside, coming from CBRE, to lead the Central London Investment division of Savills

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 16-Jun-2022 — /EuropaWire/ — Savills (LON: SVS), one of the world’s leading property advisors, has announced the appointment of Richard Garside as Head of Central London Investment division with effect as of 14th June 2022.

With over 25 years’ operating in the London market, Richard joins from CBRE where he was an executive director of the London Capital Markets team. Prior to leaving he was involved in a number of high profile deals including Landsec’s £552m sale of 1 & 2 New Ludgate to Sun Venture, Brookfield’s £480m sale of 1 London Wall Place to AGC Equity Partners, Blackstone’s £465m sale of Times Square to Generali and Blackstone’s £196.5m purchase of 6-9 Harbour Exchange from Landsec.
