ANDRITZ Secures Repeat Order From Greenply Speciality Panels in India

ANDRITZ will supply another pressurized refining system to Greenply featuring a plug screw feeder with AdvaProtect segments

(IN BRIEF) Greenply Speciality Panels Pvt. Ltd. has placed a repeat order with ANDRITZ for a pressurized refining system at its MDF production facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The system will have a capacity of 25 tonnes per hour and will include the ANDRITZ C-Feeder concept, a plug screw feeder with AdvaProtect segments, an S 1056 refiner and a pressurized digester. The order value will not be disclosed and has been included in ANDRITZ’s order intake for the second quarter of 2026. Greenply said the order reflects its positive experience with ANDRITZ’s technology and support, and will help improve stable production, product quality and operational efficiency.

(PRESS RELEASE) GRAZ, 11-Aug-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Greenply Speciality Panels Pvt. Ltd. has placed a repeat order with ANDRITZ for a pressurized refining system to support its medium-density fiberboard production facility in Vadodara, Gujarat.

The order marks the second pressurized refining system Greenply has ordered from ANDRITZ.

The value of the contract will not be disclosed.

ANDRITZ included the order in its order intake for the second quarter of 2026.

The scope of supply covers a complete pressurized refining system with a capacity of 25 tonnes per hour.

The system will feature the ANDRITZ C-Feeder concept, designed to support efficient and reliable operation in MDF production.

It will also include a plug screw feeder fitted with AdvaProtect segments, which are intended to enhance wear resistance and operational reliability.

In addition, ANDRITZ will supply an S 1056 refiner and a pressurized digester.

These components are expected to further improve refining efficiency at Greenply’s Vadodara facility.
