The KR C5 and KR C5 micro robot controllers, powered by the iiQKA.OS2 operating system, provide a future-oriented platform for industrial automation.

The iiQKA.mxAutomation software interface enables robots to be integrated easily into existing machine control systems.

KUKA partners demonstrate mobile and stationary robotics

At AMB 2026, KUKA will be joined by several partners presenting mobile and stationary robotics applications for metalworking.

BEC will demonstrate how workpieces can be transported between machining stations using the KMP 1500P autonomous mobile platform.

Together with MAIROTEC, KUKA will present the MAIROFlex flexible robot cell.

The solution is designed to offer cost-effective and easy-to-implement automation, including applications such as bin picking controlled by computer vision and artificial intelligence.

wbt automation, in cooperation with KUKA, will present the flexVise robot cell.

This compact automation cell is designed for handling vises and is equipped with the new KR AGILUS ultra.

The system is intended to automate CNC machining centres cost-effectively and increase productivity, particularly for small batch sizes.

Device Insight, a software specialist and KUKA subsidiary, will demonstrate how agent-based AI can support industrial operations.

The technology can analyse malfunctions, consolidate relevant information and provide operators with step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.
