Digi Communications N.V. announces the availability of the instruction regarding the payment of share dividend for the 2025 financial year

The gross dividend is set at 0.50 lei per share. Payment will be made on 24 July 2026 to eligible Class A and Class B shareholders recorded on 8 July 2026, with an ex-dividend date of 7 July 2026. (PRESS RELEASE) BUCHAREST, Romania, 2-Jul-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Digi Communications N.V. (“DIGI”), one of the leading European telecommunications companies, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, informs the market about the availability of the detailed instruction regarding the payment of share dividend for the 2025 financial year, in gross amount of 0.50 lei per share, as approved by the Company’s Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, which was held on 29 June 2026.

The payment of the dividend related to 2025 financial year will be carried out on 24^th of July 2026 to the Company’s class B shareholders registered on 8 July 2026 in the Register of Shareholders held by Depozitarul Central S.A. and to the class A shareholders registered at the same date in the Register of Shareholders held by the Company, ex-date being 7 July 2026.
