Tom Shaw, with over eight years of experience in advising high-profile industrial and logistics tenants, joins from JLL, where he worked with clients such as Iron Mountain, Royal Mail, Wayfair, Dulux, and Just Eat. Meanwhile, Michael Alderton, with over 40 years of experience in the sector, will help spearhead the team’s growth and expansion. Alderton previously worked with corporate occupier clients like Tesco, Clipper, Walgreen Boots Alliance, and Wayfair and provided strategic advice across the UK’s big box market.

The new appointments will join the current team of George Unwin and Emily Hardwick in Savills’ industrial & logistics occupier advisory team.
