Based in Madrid, Tom will play a pivotal role in the expansion of EQT Exeter’s European multi-family platform, with a focus on fundraising, leasing, acquisitions, development, and portfolio management. In his new position, he will lead the multi-family initiative in collaboration with Peter Shacalis and co-head living strategies alongside Henrik Orrbeck.
Tom Livelli brings a wealth of experience to EQT Exeter, having previously served as Senior Managing Director for Greystar. In his most recent role at Greystar, he held overall responsibility for the company’s operations and investments across South America. Prior to joining Greystar in 2017, Tom held senior positions at Boston Andes Capital, a boutique real estate private equity firm specializing in US projects on behalf of high-net-worth families from Latin America. He also contributed significantly to Clark Realty Capital, where he spearheaded the development of various residential and mixed-use communities in California and Central America. Notably, he served as the sole principal of the firm’s broker-dealer.
