(PRESS RELEASE) HELSINKI, 17-Apr-2019 — /EuropaWire/ — NIB President & CEO Henrik Normann spoke at the Norden Association’s (Föreningen Nordens) 100th anniversary seminar on Monday, 15 April, in Christiansborg, the Danish parliament building. The seminar, titled “Nordic responsibility for the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030” gathered around 160 persons.
Mr. Normann presented NIB, including the loan assessment, sustainability approach and some project examples.
Founded in 1919, The Norden Association is an independent organization. It is open to anyone who wants to get involved and work with Nordic issues and Nordic cooperation. The organization’s aim is to stimulate and improve Nordic cooperation, especially in the fields of education, culture, the labour market, industry, media, international aid and environmental care.
