(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 1-Jun-2021 — /EuropaWire/ — Total, one of the seven “supermajor” oil companies, has announced a change in its name and a new stock ticker. The Company’s Ordinary and Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders decided on May 28, 2021 to change the company’s name to TotalEnergies SE while its ticker to TTE across Euronext, LSE and NYSE.
The name and ticker symbol of TotalEnergies shares and American depositary receipts (ADR) will be adjusted as follows:
