TomTom’s virtual AGM held on 15 June
(PRESS RELEASE) AMSTERDAM, 16-Jun-2020 — /EuropaWire/ — Leading location, navigation and map technology company TomTom (TOM2) has announced that all items in the agenda of its Annual General Meeting held virtually on 15 June have been voted favorably. Among other items, Alain De Taeye has been reappointed as a member of the Management Board for a term of four years.
