Rubbert previously held the position of Managing Director, Co-Head of Origination at Wells Fargo. He will be based in the Margaret Street head office and join the team on March 27, 2023. Rubbert’s recruitment comes at a time of continuous growth for SCA, who recently welcomed Karl Kelly as an Associate Director earlier this month.

With over twenty years of experience in real estate debt financing, Rubbert brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Prior to joining SCA, Rubbert worked at Wells Fargo, where he spent 17 years and held the position of Managing Director, Co-Head of Origination.

Based in the Margaret Street head office, SCA is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and provides a range of financing, transactional, and structuring services across all real estate sectors to a global client base. The team consists of 26 members, including qualified accountants, investment bankers, financial analysts, and specialist financial modellers, who advise on both equity and debt matters.

With Rubbert’s appointment, SCA is further strengthened, and the team looks forward to continuing to provide exceptional services to their clients.
