(PRESS RELEASE) ZAANDAM, 2-Apr-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 200,000 of its common shares in the period from March 25, 2024 up to and including March 28, 2024. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 27.45 per share for a total consideration of € 5.5 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 1 billion share buyback program announced on November 8, 2023.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 8,096,439 common shares for a total consideration of € 217 million.
