Nigel Dentoom is a highly regarded industry executive with an impressive 40-year track record in the metals sector, encompassing both the financial and physical markets. Nigel most recently held the positions of CEO and subsequently Non-Executive Director of CCBI/Metdist, a dealing member of the LME Ring, before assuming his current role as CEO of Metdist Enterprises Ltd. Previously, he served as Executive Chairman of LN Metals International Ltd for a decade, following a successful 20-year career at The Mocatta Group, where he held the position of CEO for several years.

Throughout his career, Nigel has been a valuable asset to over 30 companies, primarily in the metals, derivatives, and commodities sectors. He has served on boards in various capacities, including executive, non-executive, and chair roles. Nigel has also contributed extensively to the LME through his involvement in advisory committees over the past three decades. Notably, he has served as Chairman of the LME Ring Dealers Committee and held a nine-year tenure on the LME User Committee until 2021. Currently, Nigel sits on the Board of the US Copper Club.
