(PRESS RELEASE) ROTTERDAM, 1-Jun-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Koninklijke KPN N.V. (AMS: KPN), a Dutch landline and mobile telecommunications company, held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGM”) today, where shareholders gave their approval for the appointment of Ms. Marga de Jager to the Supervisory Board. Ms. De Jager will be succeeding Ms. Chantal Vergouw, who will be stepping down from the Supervisory Board to assume the position of Chief Business Market at KPN’s Board of Management. Both appointments are effective immediately.
Following the EGM, the Supervisory Board confirmed the intended appointments of Ms. Vergouw and Mr. Stammeijer to the Board of Management, effective from June 1, 2023. These appointments have been made for a term of four years, up to and including the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2027.
