(PRESSEMITTEILUNG) HELSINKI, 23-Jan-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Outokumpu (HEL: OUT1V), der größte Edelstahlproduzent in Europa, hat im Rahmen seines Aktienrückkaufprogramms den Rückkauf von 735 eigenen Aktien angekündigt. Die am 20. Januar 2023 durchgeführten Transaktionen (ISIN FI0009002422) lauten wie folgt:

Outokumpu kündigte am 3. November 2022 ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm von maximal 20 Millionen Aktien an. Der Verwaltungsrat genehmigte mit Genehmigung der Hauptversammlung ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm von bis zu 100 Millionen Euro. Das Programm endet spätestens am 24. März 2023.
Nach den offengelegten Transaktionen hält Outokumpu 15.330.966 eigene Aktien.
