(PRESS RELEASE) MADRID, 16-Jun-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — CIMIC Group company Leighton Asia has secured a contract to deliver Embassy Citadel, a luxury residential development in South Mumbai, India, for Embassy Developments Limited, one of India’s major real estate developers.

The project will generate revenue of approximately A$132 million for Leighton Asia and further strengthens the company’s track record in delivering complex high-rise residential developments in major urban locations.

Embassy Citadel will be located in the South Mumbai area and will consist of a single residential tower rising approximately 300 metres. The development will have a built-up area of around 192,000 square metres. Leighton Asia’s scope of work covers civil and structural construction.
