Sandvik to Supply Underground Loaders, Trucks and Drill Rigs for Bellevue Gold Project in Western Australia

(IN BRIEF) Sandvik has received a mining equipment order worth approximately SEK 350 million from Barminco for use at the Bellevue Gold Project in Western Australia. The order, booked in the second quarter of 2026, includes underground loaders, trucks and drill rigs, with deliveries expected to start in the third quarter of 2026 and continue through the first quarter of 2027. Sandvik will also supply rock tools, parts and services as part of the agreement. The order strengthens Sandvik’s established partnership with Barminco and supports the ramp-up of the Bellevue Gold Project, which is owned by Bellevue Gold Limited and regarded as one of Australia’s highest-grade gold mines.

(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 16-Jun-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Sandvik has secured a significant mining equipment order from Barminco, an Australia-based mining contractor, for deployment at the Bellevue Gold Project in Western Australia. The order is valued at approximately SEK 350 million and was booked during the second quarter of 2026.

The order covers a range of underground mining equipment, including loaders, trucks and drill rigs. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026 and continue through the first quarter of 2027. In addition to the equipment supply, Sandvik will provide rock tools, parts and related services to support operations at the site.

The agreement further strengthens Sandvik’s long-standing relationship with Barminco and reinforces the company’s role as a supplier of underground mining solutions for major mining projects.
